Balanced diet.(Health and wellness)

Hi all,This is Ojas Patwardhan here and this is my first blog post and I’m going to speak about health and wellness and today’s topic is balanced diet.W hat is health and wellness??.What is balanced diet??.Some people say it’s just a rule to be followed to be in shape. But the real answer is ‘NO’.Balanced diet is a  healthy diet is one that helps to maintain or improve overall health.WHO recommends few standards such as an intake of less than 5 grams salt per person per day so as to prevent one from cardiovascular disease. Unsaturated fatty acids with polyunsaturated vegetable oils, on the other hand plays an essential role in reducing coronary heart disease risk as well as diabetesA healthy diet is low in energy density, lowering caloric content, thereby possibly inhibiting weight gain and lowering risk against chronic diseases.I have generally seen nowadays that many people complain about acidity, improper digestion, these are all causes of unhealthy diet.It is defined as follows,An unhealthy diet is a major risk factor for a number of chronic diseases including: high blood pressure, diabetes, blood lipids, images (2)overweight/obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer.Generally nowadays, the major risk is going in the world is high cholesterol. There are 2 types of cholesterol that are good cholesterol and bad cholesterol.HDL is the good cholesterol which should be present in more numbersmonounsaturated fats tend to lower LDL and raise HDL; saturated fats tend to either raise HDL, or raise both HDL and LDL.And trans fats tend to increase LDL and lower HDL.While dietary cholesterol is only found in animal products such as meat, eggs, and dairy, studies have not found a link between eating cholesterol and blood levels of cholesterol. Not all diets are considered healthy. Some people follow unhealthy diets through habit, rather than through a conscious choice to eat unhealthily. Terms applied to such eating habits include “junk food diet” and “Western diet”. Many diets are considered by clinicians to pose significant health risks and minimal long-term benefit. This is particularly true of “crash” or “fad” diets – short-term weight-loss plans that involve drastic changes to a person’s normal eating habits. Now,speaking about vegetarian people we think that they are less immune and are affected by diseases easily but when all follow diets there can be nothing wrong.A vegetarian diet is one which excludes meat. Vegetarians also avoid food containing by-products of animal slaughter, such as animal-derived rennet and gelatin.Nowadays, there are many people who do gymming and exercises mostly to lost weight.I say,A desire to lose weight is a common motivation to change dietary habits, as is a desire to maintain an existing weight. Many weight loss diets are considered by some to entail varying degrees of health risk, and some are not widely considered to be effective. This was my post about diets(balanced diet) so everyone who wishes to gain, lose weight , and be a normal person in day to day’s life should follow this guide.
